Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

Check-in is at 3.00pm and Check-out is at 10.00am

Sometimes early check-in or late check-out is available. This is upon request and subject to availability. Please email us at stay@bencluna.com.au

The Security Deposit is held for the duration of your booking.

All bookings are required to have a $1000 credit card pre-authorisation placed as a security deposit.

This pre-authorisation is automatically placed on your card 24 hours prior to your stay, and released 48 hours of after your stay, pending no damages.

We will comminicate with you if we believe there is any damage following your stay before calling on this deposit.

There is a two-night minimum stay.

During peak periods over school holidays, a five-night minimum stay is required.

During select long weekends, a three-night minimum stay is required.

Heating of the pool is not normally required from October to April.

The pool can be heated on request with a $200 surcharge.

This must be selected as an extra at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of the environment surrounding Bencluna (and the lack of fences), pets are not permitted.

Bencluna is in a seculed

No parties or events.

No schoolies.

No smoking.

It is a council requirement that outdoor areas not be used between 11pm and 7.00am.description
